Dr. Jay Singh is a retired career Senior Foreign Service Officer with over three decades of experience in international development and diplomacy. He has held leadership roles at USAID missions in Jamaica, Azerbaijan, Mali, Japan, South Sudan, and Afghanistan. Jay has advised U.S. Ambassadors and military commands, led interagency strategy efforts, and advanced U.S. development priorities globally. He holds a PhD from the University of Washington and two master’s degrees in business and diplomacy.

Chief Executive Officer

Christine Singh is a seasoned Foreign Affairs Officer known for her precision and effectiveness in navigating complex U.S. foreign policy challenges. She brings a strong track record of success in interagency coordination and strategic negotiation support, working closely with stakeholders across government to advance key diplomatic priorities. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Texas.

Rishi Singh holds an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in Global Affairs from George Mason University. With experience as a Researcher and Terrorism Data Analyst at TraCCC, he documented global/regional terrorist attacks contributing to projects for U.S. agencies and published on current terrorism tactics, trends and regional security. His work blends research, policy analysis, and data-driven insights in international development and security.
